Yoga Therapy

When I work with my client, I include Yoga Psychology based on Jnana and Raja Yoga. It is very important for people suffering from OCD, Anxiety and Depression to learn how tolerate Emotions and Feelings, develop Awareness outside of thinking, practice resolving Mental Conflicts and establish new relationship with Anxious and Depressive Thoughts.
